1. Acceptance & eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Schedura (“Schedura”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. The Service
Schedura is a social media management platform. It lets you create workspaces, connect social media accounts and pages, and create, schedule, publish and manage posts across networks; generate content with AI; manage comments and messages from a unified inbox; and create and manage advertising campaigns on supported ad platforms — all on your behalf and at your direction. Features may change, and some depend on third-party APIs that we do not control.
3. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and within your workspaces. You are responsible for your team members and any users you invite, and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected platforms & your responsibilities
The Service connects to third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Reddit) using OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize Schedura to access that account and to perform the actions you direct — such as publishing, scheduling, replying, and managing content and campaigns.
- You confirm you own or are authorized to manage every account you connect.
- Your use of each platform through Schedura must comply with that platform's own terms and policies. You remain responsible for the content you publish and the actions you take.
- Platforms may change, rate-limit, suspend or remove their APIs at any time, which may affect or interrupt features. Schedura is not responsible for platform changes, outages, or for any platform's decision to limit or disable your account.
- Schedura is an independent product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by these platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Advertising & ad spend
Where you connect an advertising account (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads), you authorize Schedura to create, edit, pause, optimize and report on campaigns at your direction. You acknowledge:
- Ad spend is billed by the ad platform, not by Schedura. You are solely responsible for all amounts charged by Google, Meta or any other ad platform for campaigns run through your connected accounts.
- Your campaigns must comply with each ad platform's advertising policies. You are responsible for your targeting, creatives, claims and budgets.
- Automated optimizations are provided as tools to assist you; you are responsible for monitoring your campaigns and results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post spam, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful content, or content that violates a platform's rules;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
- Send unsolicited or bulk messages in violation of anti-spam laws or platform policies;
- Circumvent platform rate limits or security, scrape data, or misuse APIs;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service; or
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
7. Your content & license to us
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through Schedura (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display and publish Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service and perform the actions you request (for example, to schedule and publish a post to a connected account). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.
8. AI-generated content
The Service can generate content using third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, may resemble other content, and is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies. See our Privacy Policy for how AI providers process your prompts.
9. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are stated at checkout and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
- Free plan / trials. We may offer a free plan or trial with limits we set; we may modify or discontinue them.
- Ad spend is separate and billed by the ad platforms — see Advertising & ad spend.
10. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Schedura and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. We welcome feedback and may use it without obligation to you.
11. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and tools governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of data once you publish to them. Your use of those platforms through Schedura is subject to their respective terms.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate a platform's policies, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities) will survive.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results (such as reach, engagement or advertising outcomes) will be achieved.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for ad spend charged by ad platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scheduraand its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your advertising, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any platform's policies.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
