Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. Here are the ways to delete the data Schedura holds about you — including everything synced from your connected social and advertising accounts.

1. Overview

Schedura only stores the data needed to provide the Service — your account details, the OAuth tokens for accounts you connect, and the content and analytics synced from them. You can delete any of this at any time using any of the methods below. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete the related tokens and synced data and instruct our processors to do the same.

2. How to delete your data

Choose whichever is easiest — any one of these will remove your data:

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in at app.schedura.ai.
  2. To remove one network: go to Channels, open the account, and choose Disconnect — this deletes its tokens and synced data.
  3. To delete everything: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, workspaces and all associated data.

Revoke access at the platform

  1. Open the relevant platform’s app/permissions settings (links below).
  2. Remove or revoke Schedura’s access.
  3. This immediately stops our access; we then delete the related tokens and synced data.

Request by email

  1. Email privacy@schedura.ai from the address on your account.
  2. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.
  3. We’ll verify your identity and confirm once your data is deleted.

3. Revoke access directly at each platform

You can remove Schedura's access from the platform side at any time. This immediately stops our access; we then delete the associated tokens and synced data.

4. What we delete & what we retain

Deleted when you delete your account (or, for a single network, when you disconnect it):

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected accounts;
  • Profile, content, comments, messages, audiences and analytics synced from those accounts;
  • Drafts, scheduled posts, campaigns and media you stored in Schedura;
  • Your workspace and team data.

Retained only as required, for the minimum time necessary:

  • Limited billing and transaction records we must keep for legal, tax and accounting purposes;
  • Security and audit logs needed to detect and prevent abuse;
  • Backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

Note: deleting your Schedura data does not delete content already published to a platform — remove that from the platform itself.

5. Timeline

Disconnecting a network takes effect immediately. Account deletion requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days, after which your personal data is deleted or de-identified, except for the limited records described above.

6. Facebook & Instagram data deletion

In line with the Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies,Scheduraprovides this page as its data deletion instructions and also honors Facebook's data deletion callback: if you remove Schedura from your Facebook Business Integrations, Facebook notifies us and we delete the data associated with your Facebook/Instagram connection. You can also request deletion any time using the methods above.
