Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Schedura collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and controls you have — including the data you connect from social media and advertising platforms.

Last updated · May 26, 2026

1. Overview

Schedura (operated by Schedura, “Schedura”, “we”, “us”) is a social media management platform. It lets you create workspaces, connect social media accounts and pages via OAuth, and then create, schedule and publish posts; generate content with AI; manage comments and direct messages from a unified inbox; and create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads — on your behalf and at your direction.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website at https://schedura.ai and our application at https://app.schedura.ai (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account & profile — name, email, password (hashed), workspace and team-member details.
  • Billing — plan, billing contact and payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Content you create — posts, captions, media, drafts, campaigns, comments and messages you compose, schedule or send through the Service.
  • Support & communications — messages you send us and your preferences.

Information from connected platforms (with your authorization)

  • OAuth access & refresh tokens for the social and advertising accounts you connect. These are encrypted at rest and used only to provide the features you request.
  • Account & content data — profile/page metadata, published content, comments, mentions, direct messages, media, audiences and analytics, as listed in the table below.
  • Advertising data — ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, budgets and performance metrics for the ad accounts you connect.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and actions taken, used for security, reliability and improving the Service.
  • Cookies — see the Cookies section.

3. Connected social & advertising platforms

When you connect an account, we request only the permissions (scopes) needed for the features you use. You can review the exact permissions during the connection flow and can disconnect or revoke access at any time (see Deleting your data). We access this data solely to provide the Service to you and never sell it.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service — publishing, scheduling, the content calendar, the unified inbox, analytics and ad management.
  • Generate content you request using AI (see AI content generation).
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
  • Provide support, send service and security notifications, and respond to your requests.
  • Maintain security, debug, and improve the Service in aggregate.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data, we do notuse data obtained from connected platforms for advertising or to build profiles for third parties, and we do not allow humans to read your private platform data except where you ask us to, for security/legal reasons, or on aggregated, de-identified data — consistent with each platform's policies.

5. AI-powered content generation

When you ask Schedurato generate or improve content (captions, replies, hashtags, ideas), the relevant prompt and context are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google) through their business APIs to produce a result for you. Under those providers' API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published.

6. Platform-specific terms

Our access to and use of data from each platform complies with that platform's developer and platform policies, in addition to this Privacy Policy.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Meta Ads

Our use of information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We delete data obtained through Meta when you disconnect the account, delete your Schedura account, or request deletion — see Data Deletion.

Google, YouTube & Google Ads

Schedura's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using features that connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke Schedura's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit assessment, or to train AI models, and we do not sell or transfer it to data brokers.

TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn & Pinterest

Our use of data from these platforms complies with the TikTok Developer Terms, X Developer Agreement & Policy, LinkedIn API Terms, and Pinterest Developer Guidelines, respectively.

7. How we share information

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

  • StripeSubscription billing and payment processing (we never store full card numbers).
  • AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)Generate captions, replies and content you request. Sent via their APIs, which are not used to train their models.

  • Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this policy.

We never sell personal data, and we do not share connected-platform data for third-party advertising.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform, the related tokens and synced data for that platform are deleted. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal, tax, accounting or security obligations.

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request that we not “sell” or “share” their personal information — we do neither.

You can exercise most rights directly in the app (profile, workspace and channel settings) or by emailing privacy@schedura.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Deleting your data

You can delete your data at any time. The quickest options are in the app, by revoking access at the platform, or by emailing us. Full step-by-step instructions are on our dedicated Data Deletion page. You can also revoke Schedura's access directly from each platform:

11. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, role-based access controls, isolated multi-tenant workspaces, token-secured sessions, and least-privilege access for our staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and notify you of incidents as required by law.

12. International data transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

13. Cookies & similar technologies

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. If a change affects how we access platform data, we will request your renewed consent where required.
