Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would rather you stayed because Schedura is working for you than because a refund was hard to get. If your first payment was a mistake, tell us within 14 days and we will return it in full — no forms, no retention call.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If Schedura is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.

You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through a call before approving it. The guarantee covers your first payment on a plan, whether you paid monthly or annually.

Not sure yet? The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. You can stay on it as long as you like and only pay when you connect more than we include for free — see pricing.

2. How to request a refund

  • Email support@schedura.ai from the address on your account, with the subject “Refund request”.
  • Tell us which workspace it relates to. That is all we need.
  • We reply within one business day and, once approved, issue the refund the same day.

If you would rather not email, you can also cancel yourself in billing settings first and then write to us — cancelling does not forfeit a refund you are entitled to.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, yourself, without contacting us: sign in at app.schedura.ai and go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.

  • You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not cut service off on the day you cancel.
  • You will not be charged again after that date.
  • Your account then moves to the free plan rather than being closed, so nothing is deleted by cancelling.
  • You can resubscribe at any time, and your workspaces will be as you left them.

Cancelling part-way through a paid period does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the remainder — outside the 14-day guarantee, we do not pro-rate a period already started. You keep the service you paid for until it ends.

4. Adding or removing channels, seats and workspaces

Because Schedura is priced per unit, your bill changes when your setup does:

  • Adding a channel, seat or workspace is charged from the moment you add it, pro-rated for the days remaining in the current period.
  • Removing one credits the unused remainder of the period against your next invoice.
  • Upgrading a plan applies immediately, with the unused value of your current plan credited against the new one.
  • Downgrading applies at the start of your next period, so you keep what you paid for until then.

These adjustments appear as credits or charges on your next invoice. You are never charged twice for the same unit over the same period.

5. What is not refundable

  • Renewals after the first payment. The guarantee covers your first payment. Later renewals are not automatically refundable — cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged for a period you do not want.
  • Advertising spend. When you run ads through Schedura, the ad platforms bill you for that spend directly. We never hold it, so we cannot refund it; those refunds are governed by each platform’s own policy.
  • Accounts terminated for abuse. If we close an account for breaching the Terms — spam, fraud, or platform-policy violations — fees already paid are not refunded.
  • AI credit packs that have been used. Unused packs can be refunded within the guarantee window; consumed credits cannot, since the underlying cost has already been incurred.

Outside of these, if something has clearly gone wrong on our side — a failure that stopped you using the product, or a charge you did not authorise — write to us. We would rather fix it than defend it.

6. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send them anywhere else.
  • We issue the refund within one business day of approving it.
  • Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post it — usually 5–10 business days, and outside our control.
  • Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged in. Exchange-rate movement between the charge and the refund is set by your bank, not by us.
  • Annual plans purchased at the 20% discount are refunded at the amount actually paid.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over several days and email you each time. Your workspace keeps running during that window — we do not suspend on the first failure.

If it is still unpaid after the retries, the account moves to the free plan. Scheduled posts above the free limits stop publishing, but nothing is deleted, and settling the invoice restores everything.

8. Your data after cancelling

  • Cancelling moves you to the free plan. Your posts, media and analytics history stay in place and remain exportable.
  • Scheduled posts beyond the free plan’s limits are paused rather than deleted, and resume if you resubscribe.
  • If you want your data removed entirely, that is a separate request — see data deletion.
