What counts as a channel?
One connected social account — an Instagram profile, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn company page, a TikTok account, and so on. If you manage one brand across five networks, that is five channels.
Can I change how many channels I have later?
Yes, at any time. Adding a channel raises your next invoice by that channel’s rate; removing one lowers it. Changes are prorated, so you are never charged twice for the same period.
Which plan should I pick?
Set your numbers in the calculator above and it marks the cheapest plan for that exact setup. Broadly: Basic if you publish, Pro if you also reply and report, Max if you run campaigns and agents across several brands.
What are AI credits, and what happens if I run out?
Credits meter the AI features — composing, rewriting, reply drafting and agent runs. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance that resets with your billing period. If you need more, extra credits are sold in packs of 5,000 from $4 a pack. Running out never blocks scheduling or publishing.
Is ad spend included?
No. When you run ads through Schedura, the ad platforms bill you for the spend directly — we never mark it up or take a cut. Your Schedura subscription covers the software only.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and it takes 20% off — two months free. Switch the toggle in the calculator to see your annual rate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your scheduled posts stop publishing and your workspace becomes read-only, so you can still export. You can reactivate any time. Permanent deletion is available on request at any point.
